A small gift from me to you for the holidays.
Quite a few of you have asked for audio recordings of some of the visualisations I do with you. I thought this year would be the time to offer you a couple of them. Of course, each time I do a visualisation with you, I change it as I create it in response to where you are and what will be most helpful. So for these I went out walking in one of my favourite spots locally and let nature inspire me instead. I hope you find them enjoyable and useful.
Time to unwind.
This guided mediation is a favourite. It allows you to press pause and helps you to reset when you notice your mind is working overtime or you are not feeling as poised as you would like. It is simple, quick and powerful. I love it and use it frequently.
For best results, I suggest finding a comfortable chair to sit in, somewhere you won’t be disturbed, placing your feet firmly on the ground, straightening your spine and allowing your hands to rest in your lap. Now, you’re ready to press play.
Time to create.
As each year draws to a close, many of us will naturally look back and reflect. The first half of this visualisation guides you through your last 12 months, providing you with the opportunity to reflect on and acknowledge your experiences and learnings in a more structured way. The second half is designed to support you in thinking about the new year and giving you a sense of what you want to experience and the intentions you have for yourself.
I hope you find it supportive and inspiring. You’ll want to have pen and paper to hand to make notes with at the end of visualisation. Now all you need is to find a quiet, comfortable spot. Enjoy!
